Every effort has been made to ensure that description and colours of products on this site are accurate. However Monsters In Mittens Ltd reserves the right to change any specifications at any time without notice.

Every effort will be made to ensure prompt delivery within our specified times, our service to you doesn't stop until you have received your parcel. However Monsters In Mittens Ltd will not be responsible for any delays which occur once the goods leave us.

Every effort will be made to replenish out of stock items as quickly as possible however a 4 week lead time may be required in some cases. Sizes and colours within a particular style that have been sold out will not appear as available to order when you click on the shopping basket.


Exchanges
Monsters In Mittens Ltd will happily exchange any items. These items must be returned to us within seven days of receipt. Please send all returns to our postal address. The customer will cover the cost of the return postage and the cost of the replacement freight.

All goods must be returned unworn and unwashed in exactly the same condition as received. Monsters In Mittens Ltd reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the clothing appears to have been worn, washed or damaged.

All sale items are not exchangeable.

Refunds
Refunds are available for internet customers only.  Goods must be in an unused, unwashed condition in original packaging. We ask that you choose carefully and check sizing before ordering.  With the exception of faulty goods, we cannot refund postage and packaging.  We want you to be a happy customer, please call us if you need any advice.

Every item of clothing on this site including the LM Clothing Logo is an original design by Monsters In Mittens Ltd and may not be reproduced or copied in any form what so ever. Written permission is required from Monsters In Mittens Ltd for reproduction or transmission in any form.

Purchases
All purchases are to be made by individuals for personal use only. Goods may not be purchased to be on sold, unless written approval has been given by Monsters In Mittens Ltd.
